Fall Protection Safety Training Classes

Course Description:
OSHA requires a person trained as a Fall Protection Competent Person (FPCP) to inspect fall protection equipment at least annually (Cal-OSHA every 6 months). This course will train students on how to inspect and annually certify fall protection equipment such as harnesses, self retracting lifelines, lanyards, anchor straps, snaphooks, carabiners, etc. ANSI requires fall protection training to be provided by a FPCP. This course will train students on how to provide fall protection training to authorized persons as well as develop a written fall protection program. Both OSHA and ANSI require employers to develop a Post Fall Rescue (PFR) plan. Students will practice developing a PFR plan using a template. Students will have access to the latest fall protection equipment and tactics. |

Course Description:
OSHA and ANSI require employers to provide prompt Post Fall Rescue (PFR) for employees working at height. ANSI requires the development of PFR plan when working at height. This course will train students on how to develop a PFR plan, select PFR equipment and practice performing PFR in our simulator. Enviro Safetech recommends that anyone who supervises employees that work at height attend this course. |
