Job Summary:
As a Safety Manager at Enviro Safetech, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert safety consulting services to our clients. You will be responsible for conducting thorough safety assessments, developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs, and providing engaging safety training. This role requires a strong understanding of OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and the ability to effectively communicate safety principles to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Safety Training: Develop and deliver engaging and effective safety training programs on a variety of topics, including Confined Space Entry, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) handling, and Emergency Response.
- Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and audits of client facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
- Safety Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain written safety programs, including safety manuals, emergency action plans, and job hazard analyses (JHAs).
- Client Consultation: Provide expert safety consultation and guidance to clients, addressing their specific safety needs and concerns.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changes in OSHA regulations and industry best practices, and ensure client compliance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience as a safety professional.
- Proven expertise in Confined Space Entry, LOTO, Hazmat, and Emergency Response.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certifications (CSP, CHST, OSHA 500) are highly preferred.
