NEW! Respiratory Protection: Medical Evaluation Questionnaire

Enviro Safetech is pleased to announce a new addition to our list of growing customer services.

As you know part of each OSHA required Respiratory Protection program is the Medical Evaluation Questionnaire (MEQ), which is often a burdensome task usually requiring the employee to leave work and go to a clinic.

This is especially costly as most employees do not require a clinic visit.

We are pleased to announce our online MEQ service.

How does it work:
  • Your employees sign into our website.
  • Fill out a Medical Evaluation Questionnaire survey.
  • When completed the employee prints out their MEQ and they are done. 

If at anytime during the process the employee answers questions that indicate a risk factor, the employee is directed to have a more stringent physical evaluation performed under the direction of a Physician at the clinic of your choice.

Is the online medical evaluation OSHA compliant?

Absolutely. Keep in mind that actual physicians will be making the determination based on the medical record that is submitted according to the HIPAA standards.

This system meets the OSHA requirements as set forth in Appendix C of 1910.134 and complies with 1910.134 (e).
